Drove +250% revenue growth by shipping a suite of high-impact features including Shareable Order Tracking, Contact Sharing, Courier Categories, and 'Order Anything' Vehicle Type Selector, validated through rigorous A/B testing. Delivered +6pp reliability, +9pp conversion, and -9pp complaints in parallel, working cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, and customer care. Launched the product in UAE, Jordan, and KSA.
Trust & Safety
Led Careem's Safety Product, cutting incidents 25% and imposter cases 50%, making Careem the safest ride in town. Shipped ML-powered Facial Recognition, Document Expiry automation, Government API integrations, Call Masking, and an In-ride Safety Toolkit, backed by dollar impact and LTV analysis for prioritisation.

So I built FRING (Fahd's Really Intelligent Numbers Guy) to help out. Working out the kinks but it's pretty decent! Named after the meticulius Gus from Breaking Bad :)
